Aquarius - money and career
Are Aquarians suitable for the job market? Employers, whatever their claims, want conformity. They expect their workers to do what they’re told and not spend too much time thinking for themselves. So Aquarians, with their reputation for being free-thinking and original, have to be careful. If they want an ordinary, no nonsense career, they must be ready to toe the line, and also keep a lid on their many and various eccentricities. But once Aquarians have adapted, so that they fit in with their employers’ demands, they can carve out for themselves a nice little niche, where they have an increasing amount of control, and at some stage their natural intelligence will make them indispensable.
The Water-carriers are often very good at dealing with technology, and jobs relating to computers, IT and telecommunications will suit them down to the ground. They’re also good at jobs that other people find distasteful. Plumbing, as well as work with drainage and sewage, fit in well with the Water-carrier symbolism, and other possibilities might be undertaking and debt recovery. It’s because they can put their emotions to one side, and act in a fairly clinical way. However, it should be noted that a fair few Aquarians can’t handle working for other people, and they have no choice but to work for themselves.
Then there’s money. It’s usually not Aquarius’ main priority, and they’re not particularly interested in planning their finances. Though on the plus side Aquarians aren’t know for their extravagance, and they’re unlikely to blow a fortune on the latest fashion accessories.
