Cancer and Leo in love
Cancer and Leo are different energies, but mixed in the right way they create cosmic bliss - hence a compatibility rating of seventy percent. Leo is a blazing light, the one who makes things happen, the one who takes bold initiatives. Yet on its own the Leo energy runs out of steam, and it’s up to Cancer to hold things together, in a way that’s strong but passive. Indeed Leo likes to be nurtured and mothered, while the Crab gets a thrill from looking after the poor, lost Lion.
However as the relationship progresses the Crab tries to restrict the Lion’s freedom - perhaps by building it a gilded cage, of love and kisses, spiced with lashings of flattery. But Lions can sometimes be dangerous. Their appetite for attention grows and grows, and the Crab’s nice little home can be torn apart. At this stage the Lion should be kicked into the street, where it can hunt for its next prey. On a sexual level there’s a lot of negotiating to do. The Lion wants to be complimented on its various attributes, while the Crab’s looking for plain, simple love.
