Sagittarius’ personality
Sagittarians find it difficult to stay in one place. They’re thinking beyond their immediate situation, and are looking for new adventures and new experiences. So the symbol for Sagittarius, the Archer, makes a lot of sense. The Archers can fire their arrows a great distance, and this represents the exciting horizons that they’re aiming for.
The Archer is also descriptive of Sagittarius’ style of communication. They fire off the hip, their words being honest but sometimes inappropriate. Which is why this sign has a certain reputation for being tactless and undiplomatic. Sagittarius is one of the less patient signs, and they want quick answers - without have to wade through endless arguments. As a result they can reach their conclusions on the spur of the moment, even when it comes to important matters - like their religious and political opinions. And once Sagittarius has decided to believe in something - or not to believe in it - they’re difficult to budge. It’s therefore not surprising that a lot of religious fanatics, as well as atheists, have Sagittarius as their sign.
The Archers like having a lot of space, and they often enjoy the open air. So activities like hill-walking, mountaineering and general exploring can make them feel happy and alive.
